Booking & Cancellation Policy for Rebecca North Soft Tissue Therapy

Booking Policy

At time of booking, you will be asked to pay a £10 deposit. This will be deducted from the treatment price to be paid at the end of your session. If you are booked in for an initial consultation and treatment, you will be sent a consultation form to complete and return back to me ahead of the session. If you have any medical conditions please raise these at time of booking and in the form, this allows us to detect if there are any possible symptoms or conditions which are not suitable for massage or require GP written consent beforehand or any adjustments to be made during treatment.  Failure to complete the form and send back ahead of the session means that you will have to fill it in during your appointment, reducing time available for treatment.

Cancellation or Changes to Appointment Time

Please call me on 07950 654988 as soon as you realise you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. I require at least 24 hours’ notice to allow the appointment to be opened to other clients. Failure to do so means you are subject to losing your deposit and paying 50% of the total treatment cost. If you do not show up, you will be expected to pay for a full treatment.

If you wake up feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, including any symptoms of cold, flu or coronavirus (cough, sneezing, high temperature, sore throat etc) please get in touch as early as possible and we can reschedule with no penalty. If you turn up unwell, there is the risk that I ask you to leave and expect you to pay for the session. Treatment is a form of stress on the body, which if it is already working hard to get you better, could risk making you feel worse. You also risk passing it on to me and my vulnerable clients.

Late Arrivals

Please call me on 07950 654988 as soon as you know you are going to be late and your estimated arrival time. I will try to ensure you still get your full appointment however, it may be cut short if there is an appointment directly after yours. You will still be expected to pay the full amount for the session.

Loyalty Card

Collect 5 stamps and on your next visit receive £5 off the full treatment cost. A stamp is received each time you visit or refer a friend. A referral is valid if that person quotes your name when booking and attends their first appointment. I will keep a record of how many referrals you receive and update your loyalty card when you next visit. The £5 off discount is not able to be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions.
